In Defense of Judge Roy Moore

Gloria Allred is the attorney representing Roy Moore's accusers. Allred has opposed democracy, Christianity, and the U.S. Constitution's 1st Amendment protections of religious freedom while seeking to advance the murderous killing of children, abortion, and homosexual marriage over the past 40 years. In 1981, Allred mocked anti-abortion California state senator John G. Schmitz by presenting him with a chastity belt, and when he angrily called her a "slick butch lawyeress" in response she sued him for libel, winning $20,000. In 2002, Allred represented the family of deceased transgender teen Gwen Araujo, and used the case to posthumously change his name from Edward Arajo Jr. to Gwen Amber Rose Araujo, while also pushing for California legislation that was ultimately passed (Gwen Araujo Justice for Victims Act, 2006) to instruct jurors not to be biased based on "gender identity or sexual orientation."

In 2004, Allred instigated the nationwide destruction of democratically-passed ballot referendum laws defining marriage as between a man and a woman. Thirty different states including California, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Georgia, and North Carolina passed laws through ballot referendum defining marriage as between a man and a woman. The peoples of those thirty states voted to define marriage as between a man and a woman. In 2004, Allred filed the first lawsuit in California challenging the right of homosexual couples to marry and, on May 15th, 2008, the California Supreme Court struck down California's ballot referendum laws defining marriage as between a man and a woman (Proposition 8 and Proposition 22) as unconstitutional, even though more than 7 million California voters had voted otherwise.
This paved the way for other states to similarly declare voter-approved same-sex marriage bans unconstitutional from 2013-15* culminating in the 2015 Supreme Court ruling Obergefell v. Hodges which struck down all voter-approved marriage bans as unconstitutional. Approximately 40 million voters who voted to define marriage as between a man and a woman had their democratic rights destroyed because Gloria Allred used the courts to declare those laws unconstitutional. As such, Gloria Allred directly instigated the greatest attack on U.S. democracy in American history.

In 2012, Allred attempted to have Rush Limbaugh investigated by the state of Florida because he had called Sandra Fluke a "slut" given her attempt to make taxpayers provide free contraception. Also in 2012 Allred represented transgender Jenna Talackova who had been disqualified from the Miss Canada Universe Pageant because he had been born male, and forced the pageant to accept Talackova into the competition.

In addition to representing the women attacking Roy Moore, Allred also represents the three women accusing Donald Trump and 28 women accusing Bill Cosby.

Allred's Refusal to Deny Yearbook Forgery and Perjury by Nelson
If Beverly Young Nelson and her attorney, Gloria Allred, are telling the truth that Roy Moore signed Nelson's yearbook roughly 40 years ago and sexually assaulted her, and that she had not met with Moore since then, why was Allred unwilling to testify to the truth of both of those statements? Wolf Blitzer of CNN gave her numerous opportunities to deny that the yearbook was forged and to deny that Nelson lied about not meeting with Moore in the years since (given that he was the Judge in her 1999 divorce case with Lee Harris). CNN's Don Lemon and MSNBC's Katy Tur also questioned her with similar results.
Gloria Allred refused to answer because she knows the yearbook is a forgery, and does not want to be outed as a liar who commits perjury to Americans when the forgery is inevitably revealed. She knows full well that when the yearbook is proven a forgery, she will have to give account for every word she's said, which is why she refuses to personally deny that the yearbook is a forgery or that her client, Beverly Young Nelson, dishonestly lied about what happened.
When pressed afterwards about whether the yearbook signature was legitimate or not, Allred has continued to skirt the question and refused to personally deny that the signature is a forgery. Since then, Allred has refused to release the yearbook for independent investigation, and Delbra Adams, Roy Moore's former receptionist and law clerk, has acknowledged the initials on the yearbook are hers, not Moore's. The forger mistakenly replicated her initials when she stamped them on Nelson's 1990s divorce file, thinking they stood for District Attorney rather than Delbra Adams.
Allred's Prominence in Celebrity Sex Abuse Cases
It is impossible to write off Gloria Allred's refusal to deny that the yearbook forgery as stupidity or difficulty understanding the question. She is arguably the most prominent sex abuse lawyer in the United States, and has worked on virtually every high-profile sex abuse case over the last 30 years including those against Donald Trump, O.J. Simpson, Bill Cosby, Michael Jackson, Tiger Woods, Roman Polanski, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Anthony Weiner, Herman Cain, Mark Hurd, Scott Peterson, Dodi Fayed (Princess Diana's lover), Rob Lowe, Aaron Spelling, Tommy Lee, State Sen. Bob Packwood, Scott Lee Cohen, and Sacha Baron Cohen.

In other words, Allred is not new to television interviews and questioning. She is not a fool who doesn't know what she was being asked. She was well aware, and did not want to incriminate herself over a yearbook she knows is forged. If she had any iota of personal integrity, she would not be accusing an honorable Judge of heinous sexual acts while using as her only physical evidence a yearbook inscription, without AT LEAST being willing to testify that the inscription is authentic. She cannot do that because she has recklessly attacked him with a forged document she knows is not authentic.

“Remember the incident with Arnold Schwarzenegger?' Ryun asked. 'She brought all these women in front of him, said they’re going to sue, they’re going to file suit against Schwarzenegger. Guess what? After the election, absolutely nothing happened.'”
